Hawks Landing Subdivision, Division 2

This new section of Hawks Landing starts at Sunnyside and climbs the hill. We worked straight through the winter on a steep slope, staying ahead of the snow, rain and cold. The job covered storm, sewer and water lines, plus nearly 2,050 tons of asphalt.

25th Street Improvements

We removed and replaced all existing asphalt on 25th Street from St. Clair Road to Bengal Ave/Ridgecrest Ave and added new ADA curb ramps on both sides of the street. We also widened Channing Way at the 25th Street intersection to add a right-turn lane.

Riverside Dr. – Iona St. Pedestrian Connection

A new walkway near the Idaho Falls greenbelt. We removed and replaced sidewalk, curb and gutter, then added bollards, concrete, retaining walls, handrails and landscaping.

School District 93

Dixie / Fairmont Lift Station

We ran a quiet generator to keep the sewer pump working, so the neighborhood saw almost no disruption. The work was finished in just over a month.

Elva to Holmes & North Tourist Park Pathway

A pedestrian path around Pinecrest Golf Course, running from Royal Ave up East Elva to North Holmes, then down Northgate Mile to North Tourist Park at Lincoln Road. We placed nearly 1,000 tons of asphalt in a tight work area and kept traffic moving the whole time.
